Ephesians 3:7,8 (KJV)
⁷Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. 
⁸Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; 

Truly it was by the grace of God that this man and his precious family was called of God to minister the riches of Christ Jesus unto the lost and dying souls in Hanover and the surrounding area - Russell Mills (fellow minister in Christ).

Feeling a burden for the city and people of Hanover, Pastor Wayne Hammonds and his precious wife Sharon, left their home church in York, PA, to begin a home missions work. Being sponsored by the Home Missions Division of the United Pentecostal Church, the Hammonds family started a work in this new area. The Hammonds began to see God move mightily as new souls were born into His kingdom. They witnessed the hunger, hurt, and desperation of the inhabitants of Hanover and reached out to this community.

Wayne continues to minister by the hand of God with a fervent passion, and he relies on an excellent ministerial team to support and help him pastor this growing, vibrant outreach for Jesus Christ. As the pastor says so clearly, "IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS!"
